These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Memphis, Tennessee, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or other proprietary rights.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Site, and your continued use of the Site after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
